Exciting news! The Cape Fear Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) network has reached an incredible milestone of providing 100,000 services in our six counties! That is 100,000 individual healthy food boxes, medically tailored meals, essential utilities, home accessibility and modifications, rides to a job interview or grocery store, IPV Case Management, and much more. Thank you to all of the HOP stakeholders that have helped us meet this important milestone.
