National Case Management Week 2020

This week begins National Case Management Week 2020.  We celebrate this week to recognize and show our deepest appreciation to our CCLCF Care Managers, Care Teams, and entire staff who supports the great work that we do.  This year is different though.  Our staff has not only had to navigate their own way through COVID-19, but that of their patients as well.  Each and every one of our staff members are working in unchartered territory to help our patients and practices survive and thrive; and have done so with grace, flexibility, determination, and compassion.

This year’s theme for Case Management Week is Case Managers can _____________, which is a perfect theme for this year.  Because our staff does so many things to serve our community, that it is easy to fill in the blank. Happy Case Management Week to our CCLCF staff and to all Case Managers. Thank you for all that you do!
