Join CCLCF for a Virtual Integrated Health Fair on Friday, May 21st

We invite you to join us for a Virtual Integrated Health Fair!

Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear, Integrated Family Services, and Carolina Dunes Behavioral Health have teamed up to bring this virtual event to Southeastern North Carolina.

Our team will be hosting various mental health, substance use, medical, and integrated care service providers over 4 hours on Facebook on Friday, May 21st starting at 10am.

We will also have four fantastic talks to share with you.  At 10:30 on the event’s Facebook page, we have Dr. Colwell discussing Integrated Ways to Self-Care Chronic Pain. At 11:30 we have Eryn Robbins from Coastal Horizons talking about the integrated care model and how they’ve been making it work for almost 50 years. At 12:30, Lauren Clark, from Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear joins us to share information about the Community Resiliency Model, and at 1:30 we have Dr. Deb Barnett from Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear to talk about Diabetes and Mental Health.

It’s a great line up of talks with some local organizations throughout the 4 hours sharing information about their programs and resources for North Carolina’s Southeastern region.

We would love to “see” you there.  Click the link to join us!
