CCLCF and Voyage to partner and expand support

CCLCF has partnered with Voyage (formally Blue Ribbon Commission) to expand support to Voyage’s children and families. Voyage’s team of Community Outreach Advocates serve a vital role in underserved communities, acting as a liaison between schools and the community working to meet the significant needs of the student population. Voyage is moving to expand its reach into other schools and communities in need. CCLCF’s Care Team’s and Voyage’s Community Outreach Advocates will work together to build on Voyage’s public health and community-based approach adding health care education, connection to health resources, and CCLCF care management services to Carolina Access Medicaid children and families. Dr. Megan Rose, CCLCF Deputy Director and Network Pharmacist, sits on the Voyage Northside Health and Wellbeing Improvement Team.
